France and UK leaders call for European Union reform

President Francois Hollande of France and Prime Minister David Cameron of the United Kingdom have called for reforms in the EU, the first day after the European Union Parliament elections. Leaders of the European Union are coming together in Brussels after far-right parties and Eurosceptic parties got a major boost, leaving the pro-European parties with a small majority. Cameron calls Brussels "too big, too bossy", after his Conservative Party lost to the UK Independence Party.
