I.F. woman is suing Bonneville County for more than $1 mill,
claiming gender discrimination in the workplace. According to the lawsuit, filed
May 20, Kendalee Rydalch was fired from her job as a Juvenile Probation Officer, she said that a guy
was DUI and he was able to keep his job. She was arrested and charged with a DUI
Feb. 9,2013. Six days later Rydalch said Bonneville County Juvenile Probation Servicer. Meri Bybee, a defendant, fired her.
In the lawsuit Rydalch she filed a complaint with the IHRC( Idaho Human Rights Commission) and received a right to sue letter. IHRC( Idaho human rights commission) senior civil rights investigator. Linda Goodman said the Commission issues a right to sue letter with every complaint. She is seeking reimbursement for attorney fees incurred.
