Color Vibe Run a blast in Idaho Falls
The Color Vibe run on May 24, 2014 was an exciting race for the participants. It was located at 901 Pier View Drive. The race was about three miles, making it a 5k. It was set on a nice, flat, road. Many people in Idaho Falls signed up for the race.
Each participant was given at least one color packet to throw up at the start of the race. That wasn't the last the runners would see color packets though. Throughout the race there were booths with people throwing color packets. The race was a huge success, having over 2,000 people at the event.
The race was non-competitive and was meant to encourage people to run more. Color Vibe was started in 2011, and are the original color run. According to their website, the goal of these runs are " to promote healthiness and happiness." More than half of the people who ran the race ran their first 5k.
